Year Round Craft Brews

These are craft beers that we produce on a year round basis. You can always have one of these choices when you're at the Southern Hart Brewery

Lake Hartwell Lager 4.2% ABV

An easy drinking lager with a hint of malty sweetness. Not overly bitter. Very refreshing. Great by itself or with a wedge of lime.

Only Take A Day IPA 6.8% ABV

Distinct malty backbone. Earthy, citrus, spicy notes. Medium body.

Castaway IPA 6.8% ABV

Citrus notes of Blood Orange, Tangerine, and Grapefruit. Dry hopped with Centennial and Cascade hops. Enjoy the tropical nature of this beer. As a castaway, know that it is “Wilson Approved”! 

Pirates of the IPA 6.5% ABV

Unique embracing sweetness and tart too. Notes of Passionfruit, Guava, and coconut with a slight lemon finish. The Caribbean nature of the flavors will have you wanting to sail to the tropics for more.

Irish Red (Red Ale) 6.5% ABV

A well-balanced red ale brewed with Irish Ale yeast. Smooth and malty.

Kolsch 4.9% ABV

A true German favorite. Clean, crisp, balanced, refreshing.  Dryness lingers on the tongue.

Black Dog Brown Ale 6.3% ABV

Moderate malt sweetness. Balanced and smooth. Refreshing and flavorful.

Walk This Way 4.7% ABV

Hefeweizen with tradition notes of banana and slight notes of clove make this a refreshingly clean and lite bee to enjoy any time.

Sunset 4.7% ABV

Enjoy a distinctive blend of juiciness form Orange, Peach, and Tangerine puree’. This wheat beer is a favorite of many.  

GA On My Mind 4.7% ABV

Peach is what this beer is all about. A wheat base gives it a lite refreshing taste of GA’s favorite fruit

Seasonal Craft Brews

Seasonal brews are craft beers that we make for particular seasons of the year such as summer, winter or holiday seasons like Christmas. Its a great time to stay in the season with a taste unique to that time.

Devil Dog (Black Lager) 5.1% ABV

Dark wheat beer. Hints of vanilla, banana, apple, clove, and nutmeg

Marzen 6.7% ABV

The deep orange color leads toa bready malt flavor with slight sweetness. As seasonal that could be a year-round addition.

Dunkle 5.1% ABV

Dark wheat beer.  Hints of vanilla, banana, apple, clove, and nutmeg

Lazy Lemon Shandy 3.7% ABV

Lite, refreshing, easy drinking summer favorite. The lemon stands out in this very refreshing.

Waterlemon Lime Kolsch 4.5% ABV

A southern twist on the traditional German favorite.

Rotating Craft Brews

We often develop and brew craft beers on a rotating basis to simply keep our menu interesting with some unique craft brew flavors.

Mango Peach IPA 6.5% ABV

This easy drinking IPA explode with fruitiness. As the name says, its all about the Mango and Peach note which blend to a wonderful experience.

Come Sail Away 7.0% ABV

A New England style IPA with plenty of malt and hop flavors and a distinct aroma. Four different hop varieties (Columbus, Amarillo, Galaxy, and El Dorado) contribute floral, tropical, and citrus characteristics. Juicy and refreshing.

Blonde Ale 5.0% ABV

Very approachable, easy drinking.  Light, smooth, refreshing.
